Why Me?

I have been originating residential mortgages since 1998. In this time, I have worked with a vast amount of buyers; first timer's, move up, investors, second home buyers etc. It doesn't matter if you are employed by others, self employed or need some type of special financing, as a mortgage broker, I have access to all types of financing. Including, Conventional, FHA, VA and non-traditional financing. One of my favorite customer surveys said this "Vince is a teacher at heart". And, it couldn't be more true.
